How do we work?
Surveyor Liaison & Attendance
Physical attendance during the entire inspection process. We walk the holds side-by-side with the surveyor, acting as your vessel's technical representative and managing all dialogue.
Pre-Inspection Risk Assessment
We board the vessel before the surveyor arrives to review the hold condition with the Chief Mate, identify potential sticking points, and prepare the technical arguments needed to defend them.
Dispute Mediation & Arbitration Support
If a surveyor threatens to fail a hold over borderline issues (like minimal loose scale or staining), we step in to negotiate realistic solutions, avoiding a formal failure and costly off-hire time.
Independent Oversight & Fair-Play Assurance
Our presence on deck changes the dynamic. As former surveyors and agents, we ensure the official inspection is conducted strictly by the book, preventing arbitrary demands or unfair rejections based on subjective interpretations.
